1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Migrova (Pvt.) Ltd., operating as Migrova Solutions ("Migrova," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Migrova provides business documentation and advisory services, including business plans, financial projections, market research, immigration support documentation, pitch decks, and related consulting services. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed with the client prior to commencement.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Migrova prepares documentation to a professional standard based on information provided by the client. We do not guarantee approval of any loan application, investment decision, visa petition, or other outcome, as final decisions rest with the relevant third party — a lender, investor, or government authority.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to prepare their documentation. Migrova is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

5. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

Migrova provides business documentation and strategic advisory services. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advisory services and recommend that clients consult a qualified attorney, immigration consultant, accountant, or financial advisor as appropriate to their situation.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are agreed with the client prior to the commencement of an engagement. Payment terms, including any deposit or milestone-based structure, will be set out in the engagement agreement.

7. Revisions

Each engagement includes a defined revision window following delivery of the final document, as agreed at the outset of the engagement. Revisions requested outside this window may be subject to an additional fee.

8. Confidentiality

Migrova treats client business and financial information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the engagement, with client permission, or as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final documentation prepared for a client becomes the property of that client. Migrova retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifying insights from engagements to improve its own methodology and services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Migrova's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Migrova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of documentation we prepare.

11. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
